TRUMP NOW HAS 11 SEXUAL ACCUSERS. I WONDER HOW HIGH THE NUMBER WILL GET?
….Nancy O’Dell, one of Trump’s
sexual assault accusers.
Mr. Trump is eventually going to
get to know all of these women’s lawyers very well.
I am always
aghast at most everything that Donald Trump says or does. But I was particularly upset that he decided
to go to the revered grounds of the Battle
of Gettysburg, where over 160,000 soldiers fought and where there was a
combined total of over 50,000 casualties from both sides during the American
Civil War.
It was
disgusting that Trump decided that instead of dealing honestly with the
political issues of the day in Gettysburg, he instead went after the 11
women that have accused him of sexual assault.
He stated at this event that all of their accusations were all
fabricated lies and that he was going sue every one of these women. He also pointed to and named all of the
networks covering the event, including CNN,
NBC, ABC, CBS and even FOX,
saying that they were totally biased against his presidential campaign.
In his first
campaign appearance of the day, the Republican presidential nominee gave this
speech in a hotel ballroom near Gettysburg
National Military Park, which the site one of the bloodiest battles
of the Civil War, and where President Abraham Lincoln gave his famous 1863 Gettysburg Address.
As usual, instead
of offering any details for dealing with the vast divisions that are affecting
the many facets of this great country, Trump just once again aired his list of
personal grievances.
Trump proceed
to brand the nearly one dozen women as “liars”
who have come forward to accuse him of groping them against their will. The allegations against him included one from
an adult film actress that was just announced one day before the release of the 2005 “Access Hollywood” video. The now infamous video in which Trump bragged
about being able to force himself on women against their will.
According to
Trump, “Every woman lied when they came
forward to hurt my campaign. Total fabrication.” Trump is saying this, while in many cases the women accusing Trump of misconduct have
provided these so called “biased
publications” with the names of witnesses at the time of the assault. These witnesses, along with others who knew Trump and have
supported the accusers accounts about him.
Instead of
dealing with those areas that the American public is interested in, Trump
continues to say the women and news organizations are attempting to “poison” the minds of his American
voters. He also said, again without providing any evidence, that the
accusations were the doing of the Democratic
National Committee and Hillary
Clinton’s campaign. He added later that “we’ll probably find out about their involvement” through future
litigations and that he was “so looking
forward to doing that.” This is all
we continue to hear instead of his talking about the issues that Americans are
concerned about.
Of course, the
accusers through their attorney Gloria Allred, have virtually also said that
they are looking forward to what their “day-in-court”
would prove against Mr. Trump.
Trump once
again then went after the mainstream media, “The dishonest media is also part, and a major part, of this corruption.
They’re all corrupt,” he said. “They
lie and fabricate stories to make a candidate that is not their preferred
choice look as bad and even dangerous as possible. At my rallies, they never
show or talk about the massive crowd size and try to diminish all of our events.”
This is also
totally false as the media routinely offers estimates of the crowd sizes for
both Republican and Democratic campaign events.
In addition, Trump’s crowd sizes have been shrinking over the past
weeks.
The Saturday
Night Live (SNL) show has also been doing a great job in satirizing the
three presidential debates, especially with Alex Baldwin’s interpretation of
Donald Trump.
What is so
hilarious about the SNL performances is that the largest laugh of the evening about
the third debate was when Baldwin in portraying Trump said, “The biased media said things that made me
look bad and dangerous”
Tom Hanks,
then playing the part of the Fox debate moderator, Chris Wallace responded
with, “And how did the biased media do
that?”
Baldwin still acting
as Trump responded with: “By repeating to
the public everything I’ve ever said and done!”
Trump spent a
full 13 minutes of his Gettysburg speech going after his sexual assault
attackers and what he calls the biased media, he then did a 180° turn and listed what he says he would do in his first 100 days in the
office as president. With all the noise
he has made about a giant border wall, in his first 100 days, the border wall
with Mexico wasn’t even mentioned. In
addition, nearly all the items he mentioned were things that he has repeatedly
promised to do, but this was the first time he has listed them in a speech.
Meanwhile, in
California, an adult film actress named Jessica Drake stepped forward to
accused Trump of offering her $10,000 and the use of his private jet if she
would agree to come alone to his hotel suite at night after a golf tournament
in Lake Tahoe in 2006.
According to
Drake, a man later called and asked her to return to Trump’s suite alone. When
she declined, Drake said she was then called directly by Trump, who asked her
to come to his suite for dinner and a party.
Per Ms. Drake, Trump asked “What do you want, how much [money]?” Later, she said Trump, or a man calling on
his behalf, phoned again, this time with a monetary offer, which she said she
declined.
Trump’s
campaign issued a statement calling Drake’s account “totally false and ridiculous” and indicating that Trump “does not know this person, does not remember
this person and would have no interest in ever knowing her.”
If all goes as
expected, just like with Bill Cosby, Trump is going to get to know all of these
women very well.
