LEAKS FROM THE WHITE HOUSE SAY TRUMP ACTS LIKE A SMALL CHILD

…This house under Trump is unable to maintain its confidentiality.

Trump is obsessed that without his Twitter account, he would lose the support of his political base.

It is very true, that information leaks always start leaving the White House the very day that a new governing administration moves in.  And that is exactly what happened the day the Trump’s took over the White House.

What is so interesting is the foundation of all those leaks.

The difference from other new White House residence is that right from the start, the leaks were mostly  from internal comments.  Comments about the child-like attitude of the new commander in chief who seems to only act on impulse. He also disregards most of the advice from those that have been there before, and he is a new president that picks unnecessary fights and easily drifts off message.
In other words, a president that is acting exactly like he did on the campaign trail.

Trump’s response to these claims is that his frenzied impulsive approach appeals to his voters because it shows that he is “a man of action”.  But his own team continues to complain that his fixation with all those fictional voter fraud claims or the lower crowd counts at his inauguration, these are simply issues that undercut his legitimacy as president.  Obviously, he doesn’t agree.

Some of Trump’s advisers privately worry about his picking of these unnecessary fights and his constant drifting off of message. They have talked about taking away his telephone or canceling his Twitter account.  But when this happens, Trump just dismisses them as he is intent on keeping his own personal verbal outlets to the world.  Trump is obsessed with the idea that without his twitter account, he would lose the strong support of his political base.
When all the noise started about the smaller crowd at Trump’s inauguration, one of his transition supporters, Thomas J. Barrack Jr., a Trump confidant and the chairman of the Presidential Inaugural Committee, offered to deliver a statement addressing the crowd size.  But Trump was adamant.  Over the objections of his aides and advisers, they had instead urged him to focus on policy and the broader goals of his presidency.  But the new novice president issued the following decree: “He wanted a fiery public response, and he wanted it to come from his press secretary.”

As it turns out, this new chief executive watches cable TV so much, sometime his former campaign manager and current adviser, Kellyanne Conway, she often communicates with her boss via her interviews with the media. What that seems to prove is that Trump is influenced more by cable news than he is by private conversations. In other words, the best way to reach him, change his mind or otherwise bend his ear is through having him watch those public airings on TV of the internal grievances against his actions or policies.

You may recall, Trumps now famous and most ridiculous statement that he had received his information and understanding about the US military, “mostly from the TV shows.”

It is obvious that Trump is both deeply proud and hugely image-conscious. Having to read and watch allegedly loyal “aides” casting him as an immature child constantly in need of guidance, this isn’t the sort of thing that does not sit well with him.

Mr. Tim Miller, a former spokesman for Jeb Bush's presidential campaign and a frequent Trump critic, summed that idea up nicely:  It doesn't take much imagination to conjure up an image of an irate Trump surrounded by the various clips of his aides driving the perception that he badly needs to be managed at every moment. If Trump's entire #brand is centered on being the best/classiest & smartest, these sort of leaks fundamentally undermine that image. And we're only six days into his presidency!”

We are only into the 2nd week into his presidency, and already the frequency and the nature of these White House leaks are yet another indication that the Trump presidency is nothing like anything we’ve seen before. There is no blueprint for this type of administration and only time will tell where it’s headed.

The educated and obvious guess is that these leaks must be driving Trump bananas.  Historically, when Trump gets mad, it suggests he will try to get even and he will counter-punch quickly.  But it always looks really bad when those at the top, start punching down at those that criticize.
But Trump has shown that his skin is so thin, he will punch at anyone that criticizes him.  And being that he is now the “President of the United States”, the only direction he has to punch is “down”.

This could get really nasty.
