REASONS TO VOTE 100% FOR REPUBLICANS!

 

These may make you either laugh, or cry, but most are based on real truths.

I was very curious when I read a recent headline on an internet news link that stated: read the "10 Reasons Why You Should Vote Republican".  I of course, immediately wanted to know what 10 reasons could anyone actually come up with that would justify supporting voting totally conservative Republican.

I had no idea that they would actually be truthful reasons, nor that they would be totally sarcastic reasons.  Below is an abridged version of the 10 reasons stated why we should vote Republican.

1.     If you want to continue financing and supporting the top 1% in America; if you want the cost of US labor to equal that of Asia and China; or you want available products so cheap that you can afford them while you are on unemployment, then you must vote Republican.

2.     If you believe that women that are raped and become pregnant should be forced to carry the baby; that victims of crimes are all just whiners; that those complaining of sexual or moral abuse at work are really just lazy workers, then you should vote Republican.

3.     If you believe the fire dept., police dept., and our schools and hospitals are a financial drain we cannot afford. That only the private-sector should provide these services, even if most American families can’t afford them. That protecting the environment serves no purpose. And you believe that market forces are all that’s needed for preventing poisonous baby food and toys without lead paint?  Then you should vote Republican.

4.     You believe that illegal immigrants are taking your jobs away, but if you were offered the same job with the same working conditions, you would immediately turn it down.  You believe that all whites are the victims of racism.  You believe that this is your country and you want it back.  Then you must vote Republican.

5.     You believe that Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid are drains on all working Americans.  You believe that these social services should be privatized and hence they will only serve those that can afford them in the first place.  Then vote Republican.

6.     You believe that while working in congress, Republican politicians can waste tax payers money while claiming to be fiscally conservative with a straight face, and that you believe and admire others who do the same thing.  Vote Republican.

7.     You believe it was much better when the insurance companies could cover whomever they wanted and pre-existing conditions could eliminate those covered.  That only those with the financial resources should have access to what you believe was the best medical service in the world, even though all evidence is to the contrary.  Then vote Republican.

8.     You believe that making the rich even richer is part of the American dream.  (But you personally are only likely able to get there if you win the lottery.) Then Vote Republican.

9.     You believe that the only way to stop America from becoming a Socialist country is to hand over the US government to the corporations.  You also believe that democratically elected politicians should bow to the will of the very wealthy few.  Then you have to vote Republican.

10. You believe that LGBT Americans don't deserve the same rights as everyone as this infringes on your own rights.  You believe that the freedom to worship is only a Christian right, and any other religion is just plain un-American.  You feel your own freedoms are best guaranteed by removing the rights of others. Then you should definitely only vote Republican.

Well, there it is!  If these are things that anyone believes in, they would obviously have to vote 100% for the GOP.

As I had said, obviously all the reasons are very sarcastic.  But for a large section of the conservative party, all or parts of these ten reasons are very true for many that make up the old base of the Republican Party.

It’s a very sad reality, but is so very true.
