TRUMP’S AFFAIR WITH A PORN STAR IS APPEARING REAL
…The unsigned non-disclosure
agreement
Lawyer says he was not reimbursed
from Trump for paying-off the porn star.
It is well
known today that Donald J. Trump, years ago, would call radio stations and say
that he was Trump’s spokesperson, John Barron.
Well, now we know that Trump may have used another alias, and that an American
porn star, whose stage name is Stormy
Daniels, she has filed a law suit against the real President Trump.
Daniel’s,
whose real name is Stephanie Clifford,
is arguing that the non-disclosure agreement about an alleged affair with Trump
is null and void because Trump never signed the agreement.
If the
Daniels/Clifford suit prevails, it would allow her to detail her alleged affair
with Trump which she says was for over a year from 2006 to 2007. But the better part is that this lawsuit
itself now serves as key details of there being a real affair. This lawsuit says the relationship included at
least one 'meeting' with Mr. Trump in
a bungalow at a Beverly Hills Hotel.”
The conundrum
of this 28 page law suit is that false names are used in the suit, which also includes
the original non-disclosure hush agreement, where Ms. Clifford was referred to
by an alias 'Peggy Peterson' or 'PP' and Mr. Trump, was referred to by another
alias 'David Dennison' or 'DD.' And this
non-disclosure had also been officially notarized.
Here is the
history of this situation where it has been shown that Ms. Daniels/Clifford had
received $130,000 from Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, for the non-disclosure
of the alleged affair with Trump. This agreement was signed by Daniels just before the
2016 election.
Cohen has
since confirmed the hush agreement in a carefully worded statement saying
that the Trump Organization and Trump Campaign were not involved. However, the statement conspicuously did not
rule out Trump's actual involvement. Then this week, the Wall Street Journal reported that Cohen had complained in the past
about not being able to reach Trump during the process of the non-disclosure, and
he also had not been reimbursed the $130,000.
This statement both suggests that Trump was indeed involved and it could
open Trump up to serious legal jeopardy.
To show how
serious the non-disclosure from Cohen was, it stated that Ms. Daniels/Clifford could
be hit with a $1,000,000 fine for “every
time she told the story of an alleged affair with Donald Trump”. Yes, not just for one time, but a million
dollars for every time she told her story.
Of course,
Trump is denying that there was ever any affair.
But my basic question
is about this hush document comes from another direction. It is my understanding is that in order to notarize
a document, especially one that references alias names, the notary has to see
drivers licenses or other official ID’s to confirm what the real identities of ‘DD”
and ‘PP’ are in real life. If Trump says
there was no affair, then how did the non-disclosure agreement of ‘PP” and “DD’ become
notarized?
This new lawsuit
refers to Daniels by her real name, Stephanie Clifford, and defendant Donald J.
Trump, a.k.a. David Dennison ‘DD”, an individual that is currently a resident
of the District of Columbia.
By the design
of lawyer Cohen, the Hush Agreement used the above aliases to refer to Ms.
Clifford and Mr. Trump. The aliases were
used in the nondisclosure agreement to protect the parties involved. The people
to whom they referred were identified in another document attached to Daniels's
lawsuit, although Dennison's real name is redacted.
You may
remember that former New York Rep., Anthony Weiner went by the name of “Carlos
Danger” in his lurid texts. That name later
became known as an “alias name generator”. I would now expect there will be a number of “David Dennison”, ‘DD’ jokes in the
future.
The reality is
that in some ways, this lawsuit is a way for Daniels to put her side of the
story into the public record without directly telling it. The lawsuit confirms
details about the alleged affair that she previously shared with InTouch magazine in a 2011 interview
that wasn't published until recently.
It appears
that this lawsuit could re-introduce the Access Hollywood Tape, where several
women came forward publicly to tell their personal stories about their sexual
encounters with Mr. Trump. Trump also denied
those claims and said he was going to sue all of these women after the
election. He has not sued any of the accusers
as of today.
But the whole
point of this lawsuit is that Trump never signed the agreement. Only his personal lawyer had signed it.
There are a
number of issues here.
First, it is
highly understood that attorneys do not pay off their client’s settlements as
was done by Mr. Cohen.
Second, after
making the hush payment, Cohen released a statement from Daniels denying “a sexual and/or romantic affair.”
Daniels also added: “Rumors that I have
received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false.” Daniels now
says this statement was totally coerced by Cohen.
The legal
question that needs to be answered is whether Trump actually needed to sign
this agreement. This is the major legal question here. According to the
nondisclosure agreement attached to the lawsuit, there was a line for ‘DD’, Trump's
alias, ‘David Dennison’, to sign it, but the line is blank. (see Above) The non-disclosure is signed by Daniels (using her real name) and the LLC set up
by Cohen was signed by him.
The Cohen
response to the lawsuit is that ‘DD’ claims that he has been damaged by alleged
actions against him, including but not limited to the alleged threatened
selling, transferring, licensing, publicly disseminating and/or exploiting the
Images and/or Property and/or other Confidential Information relating to ‘DD’,
all without the knowledge, consent or authorization of ‘DD’.
‘PP’ denies
all such claims.
So, now it’s
up to the courts.
