TRUMP IS PISSED THAT HE’S A U.S. PRESIDENT, AND NOT A ROYAL KING

Trump totally ignored that the FBI had thwarted a terrorist attack in San Francisco.

 

Over Christmas, President Trump not only tried to hide that he played golf every day, (Remember, he blamed Obama for always playing golf, where Trump has already played more golf than Obama over his 8 years.), but the current president also ignored that the FBI had thwarted a Christmas day terrorist attack on a tourist area in San Francisco.

In all of Trump’s holiday Tweets, he totally failed to mention that federal officials arrested a man who was planning a terror attack on Christmas Day at the Pier 39 tourist attraction in San Francisco.  The attack was to be in support of the Islamic State (ISIS).

 

The individual that was arrested was Everitt Aaron Jameson, 26, and he has been charged with providing material support for terrorism.  This is according to federal court documents, and the federal prosecutors say Jameson planned to detonate a large explosive device on Pier 39 on Christmas day because he knew it would be heavily crowded.  Jameson was a California local, born and raised in rural Modesto, California.

 

Jameson was initially reported to the authorities for suspicious activity on Facebook where he posted pictures of terrorist attacks in the US, and of the New York City attack that left 8 people dead in October.  The FBI said it found a letter signed by Jameson in which he took credit for planning the Christmas attack.  He also wrote, "You've Allowed Donald J Trump to give away Al Quds to the Jews," the letter said, using the Arabic name for "Jerusalem."   This statement of course refers to President Trump’s announcement that the US will recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

 

Prosecutors say Jameson wanted to detonate the explosives in an area where he could inflict the maximum number of casualties, that was the reason for choosing Pier 39. The FBI executed a search warrant on Jameson’s home on Dec. 20, where they found multiple firearms and multiple explosives materials.

What is bizarre, is that two days prior to the FBI’s raid, an FBI employee had accidently called Jameson's cellphone number from a Washington, D.C., area code.  Jameson had called the number back, but the FBI employee let it go to his voicemail, which did identify his name, but not that he was a federal agent.

 

But the whole point is that Trump keeps going after the agency and even his Justice Department saying that they are all screwed up and they are against his presidency.  He is very pissed off as he thinks that being the US president, it’s like being a King, and that these agencies are supposed to do his bidding.  He seriously doesn’t seem to understand that in a democracy, these are the checks and balances to keep a dictator like president from running, and ruining, a democratic country.

 

As to Jameson, it appears that he may have been clued-in that the feds were onto him. He had told an undercover agent that "I also don't think I can do this after all. I've reconsidered."

 

Back in November, Jameson had filled out a "Franchise Tow Truck Driving Application" with the Modesto Police Department. He could then use a tow truck to transport a large explosive package.  The FBI investigation has also revealed that Jameson had been discharged from the US Marine Corps for failing to disclose that he had latent asthma.  Jameson had attended basic training and he earned a sharpshooter rifle qualification. He was trained in both M16 and AK-47 rifles.

 

Even though Trump has ignored this stopping of another terrorist event, even Trump’s Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, had applauded the FBI and law enforcement officials in a statement this week.  "Our incredible law enforcement officers have once again helped thwart an alleged plot to kill Americans. I want to thank the FBI agents and federal prosecutors and everyone else who helped make this possible," Sessions had said.

 

If he’s convicted, Jameson will face a sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. 

 

"Thanks to the diligent efforts of the FBI and local law enforcement agencies, a planned attack has been prevented from occurring in our city," Acting San Francisco Mayor, London Breed said in a statement. Breed also stated there were no known additional threats to her city related to the investigation.  She added, "We will not allow the thwarted attempts of one dangerous individual to disrupt our way of life. We will remain vigilant and continue to protect our city from any threat."

 

But for coming from our president regarding a fine job by the FBI, we have heard squat.  Instead, Trump has been going on a full-throttle attack against the new head and the deputy head of the FBi with his very stupid and unwarranted criticisms.

 

Based on our ignorant president’s latest actions, it’s only showing once again, that the only one that is winning in America today, is Russia’s Vladimir Putin.  He must be laughing up his sleeve at the unpresidential antics of the American president.
