The
following is a short list of the investigations of Donald Trump and family that
are currently on-going:
- The New York Attorney General has subpoenaed Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, and Don Jr. for various criminal reasons.
- A New York Grand Jury is hearing testimony about Donald Trump’s questionable business practices. An editor for Forbes testified to this Grand Jury as this is a criminal investigation.
- A Georgia Grand Jury is investigating Trump’s attempt to illegally obtain more 2020 votes from the Georgia Secretary of State.
- Michael Cohen is suing Trump[ for his retaliatory imprisonment.
- E. Jean Carol is suing for defamation for a false accusation of her fabricating her rape by Trump./
- A law suite from a contestant on his Apprentice TV Program for inappropriate sexual conduct
- The Trump niece, Mary Trump, is suing for defrauding her out of millions of dollars in the original inheritance from his father.
- Panama Hotel law suite for fraud and tax litigation
- U.S Representative, Karen Bass for January 6th attack on the Capitol
- U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell for January 6th attack on the Capitol
- 4 Law suits from the Capital Police Organization for January 6th attack on the Capitol
- NAACP Legal Defense Fund for Voting Rights Case
- 2 New York Attorney General cases for both criminal and civil investigation on Trump’s business practices
- Scottish Parliament for Unexplained cash transactions by the Trump Organization
- Trump Tower Law Suite against Trump fo his security guards that attacked 6 protesters
- U.S. Judicial Department investigation for January 6th attack on the Capitol
- DC Attorney General criminal investigation of Trump provoking the January 6th attack on the Capitol
- Westchester, New York criminal investigation of the Trump Golf Course misleading local officials on golf course property values
- Not to mention that White House aides have gone on record that they had removed torn-up documents that were flushed down the president’s residence toilet.
- And now the National Archives and Records Administration has asked the Justice Department to investigate former President Donald Trump's handling of White House records, the Washington Post reported.
The
United States National Archives has retrieved 15 boxes of official materials
from Trump's Florida resort and that aides to the former president were looking
for more.
Officials
from the National Archives suspected Trump may have violated laws regarding the
handling of government documents and they contacted the
Justice Department, the Washington Post reported.
It was not yet clear whether the Justice Department will investigate.
The Presidential Records Act requires the preservation of written communications related to the president's official duties.
