TRUMP IS REFRRED TO AS: “DELUSIONAL, PARANOID, & UNHINGED”…I AGREE!
…San Juan Mayor, Carmen Yulín
Cruz,
Twitter will eventually do-in President
Trump
President Trump is really losing it. In two tweets on September 13, at 5:30AM,
Trump said the following:
First, Trump says that 3000 people did not
die in the Hurricane Maria that hit Puerto Rico. He also says that this number was “Made up by the Democrats in order to make me
look as bad as possible when I was successfully raising Billions of Dollars to
help rebuild Puerto Rico. If a person died for any reason, like old age, just
add them onto the list. Bad politics. I love Puerto Rico! “
This is disgusting.
The official count that was recently stated
at 2,975, which included the number that died in the weeks and months after the
hurricane, due to the after effects of having no clean water, no power and a
lack of food. Even though thousands of
meals were provided after the event, it was millions of meals that were
needed. The suicide rate on the island
increased 30% after the hurricane and the attempted suicide rate increased 55%.
These number were not provided by the
Democrats. This was an official count
that came from the George Washington
University Study, where they did not include deaths from old age or other
natural causes.
The other issue is, that there is no
evidence or proof that the president did anything for “raising billions of dollars to help Puerto Rico”. So far. another totally false Trump statement.
Trump's
two-tweet volley came two days after the president drew heavy criticism for his
false claim that his administration's response to the 2017 hurricanes was
"an incredible unsung success."
How having
more deaths than those in New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina is a success, is
beyond me.
San Juan Mayor
Carmen Yulin Cruz, who has been an outspoken critic of Trump's response to the
storms, blasted the president's latest claim.
"Simply put: it’s delusional, paranoid, and
unhinged from any sense of reality. Trump is so vain he thinks this is about
him," Yulin Cruz tweeted. "NO IT IS NOT."
In August, the
Puerto Rican government raised the official death count
dramatically to 2,975, after maintaining for months that only 64 people had
died as a result of Hurricanes Maria and Irma.
Nearly a year
after the hurricanes decimated the island's weak infrastructure and electrical
grid, hundreds of Puerto Rican families were still reportedly living without
power or clean water.
This president does fit the explanation
from the Mayor of San Juan. Yes, he is “delusional,
paranoid, and unhinged from any sense of reality”. Trump really is so vain he thinks this is
about him.
God help us all.
