CAPITOL RIOTERS HAD SHOUTED “WHERE ARE YOU NANCY?”

…”Bigo” Barnett in Speaker Pelosi’s office during the January 6th Capitol Riot

Richard Barnett’s attorneys say he didn’t call Nancy Pelosi a “Bxxch”

It is amazing what some of the Capitol rioters are trying to get past the authorities.  The same guy that we all saw the pictures of with his feet propped up on Nancy Pelosi’s desk, his lawyers are now saying he didn’t leave a message on Nancy’s desk calling her a “bitch”.  The message was very clear.  It said: ”Nancy, Bigo was here, you bitch”

Yes, in his own hand writing, that’s what the message said.  But Richard “Bigo” Barnett’s lawyers are saying that he said: “Hey Nancy, Bigo was here biatd.”  What the hell is a “biatd”.  It’s not even a word that can be pronounced, much less a real word.

But that’s what Bigo’s lawyers are trying to use as their defense.  They are actually saying the government was engaged in a “deliberate attempt” to paint Bigo in the “worst possible light.”  This is although their client had indeed left a note in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office, after he had infiltrated her workspace.  They say he then propped his feet upon her desk during the Jan. 6 invasion.  And according to Bigo’s lawyers, the note did not say, “Nancy, Bigo was here, you bitch,”

If a rioter breaches the United States Capitol, amid a violent attempt to overturn an lawful election, and leaves a note calling the most powerful woman in government a bitch, then that would be very bad. But if he leaves her a note calling her a “biatd,” that is obviously different. Biatd?   Are they saying: “We stormed the Capitol. Ha ha. Nancy will get a kick out of this. Biatd!”

Let’s look at context. Casually propping your feet on a desk in Pelosi’s office while marauding men stalked the halls and malevolently called out, “Oh Naaaaaancy, where are you?” and Bigo used that time to pen a threatening note to Pelosi.  Well, that would be rude and very, very bad.  But by prefacing the note with “Hey,” and not just “Nancy,” then it is no longer rude because it’s no longer threatening. It’s casual. It’s biatd.  Like, when kidnappers cut out letters from magazines to mail their threatening ransom notes, do they take the time to cut out, “h E Y”? Probably not. “Hey,” is something you only write when you’re a good guy leaving notes on the desk of the woman whose office you have just overtaken while storming the Capitol.

Also, what about the commas. Commas, as all real writers know, commas are acts of aggression.  If someone left a note on a desk that doesn’t belong to them and it has commas, it’s being very pushy.  But if the note has no commas, then it’s a sign they came in peace, right?.

Bigo left a note for Nancy Pelosi. It seemed vulgar and disrespectful. But was it, really? Yes it was.

Oh, but wait now: There’s a footnote at the bottom of the official court filings, explaining that while the note says “biatd,” Bigo’s defense attorney's acknowledges “on information and the belief” that what appears to be a “d” is a smushed together “c” and “h,” meaning that Bigo was actually calling Nancy a “biatch.” Which is, the defense writes, referring to: freedictionary.com, a less offensive slang term for “bitch” which could be “a term of endearment or disparagement for another person.

My question of Mr. “Bigo” is: What were you going to do with the 950,000 volt stun gun walking stick that you purchased from the Bass Pro Shop in Arkansas, and while you were in Nancy’s office?

I suppose Bigo would say something like: “I drove to Washington D.C. and I brought the stun gun walking stick to the Capitol siege.  It would be outrageous if I actually called the House Speaker a bitch.  But if I called her a "biatch,” then it would pretty much mean that I would not involve the stun gun…….your honor.”

Look….. Yes it Is it a bit of a problem that in the recordings from after the Capitol riot, Bigo had actually bragged to a reporter about how he wrote a note calling Pelosi a “bitch”?

“Yes, your honor, but you have to understand, nobody even knows how to pronounce “biatd.”

“And Richard “Bigo” Barnett could have enunciated “biatch” if that’s what he really meant to say, but just think of how dumb that would sound. He’s a grown man, not a grammar expert, for crying out loud. And she’s the speaker of the House…….your honor.  Do you see?”

Had “Bigo” really, truly meant to call Nancy Pelosi “biatd,” the made-up silly word that nobody had ever heard before?  Doing anything else would have been really, really bad!

And yes it was
