EXAMPLES FOR WHY THE US ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD RESIGN

…This man should not be the nation’s Attorney General

Barr actually says that the police are less likely to shot a black man over a white man

This is Part II of my response to the testimony of the US AG, William (Bill) Barr to the Democratically controlled House Judiciary Committee.  The Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said in his opening statement, “You [Barr] have aided and abetted the worst failings of this president [Trump].”

Nadler later added, “Understandably, Americans are very suspicious of your motives here.”

But, as compared to Bill Barr, Chairman Nadler does think some police have a racism problem.

Barr was willing to acknowledge some racial inequities in how America’s police treat black Americans.  But he referred to those inequities, only as for the police in US history.  Per AG Barr: “Given our history, it’s understandable that among black Americans, there’s some ambivalence and often distrust toward the police. Until just the last 50 years ago or so, our laws and our institutions were explicitly racist, explicitly discriminatory.” ( So he thinks that for the last 50 years, there’s no racism in any US police force?)

Under further questioning, Barr was not willing to say there was any systemic racism among any police in the United States.  He then tried to cite statistics that show the opposite.  Barr even said he’s seen studies that said “police are less likely to shoot at a black suspect, and a little more likely to shoot at a white suspect.”

He also cited Washington Post tallies of police shootings that show 8 unarmed black men have been fatally shot by police in 2020, compared with 11 unarmed white people.  However, he didn’t note that white people make up a far greater share of the US population.  In addition, when you look at the data in a more representative way, black people are unequivocally shot by police at a higher rate than white people.

On top of that revelation, Barr then changed the subject as he stated that he had doubts about the November election and American’s voting by mail

Barr has said multiple times that he’s worried about foreign actors manipulating voting by mail at a large scale this November.  He repeated that during his testimony, but he failed to describe what or who those “foreign actors” were, or what exactly they would be doing regarding the mail voting ballots.   His comments were no more explicit than the recent comments from President Trump.  These are comments that are basically designed to make the general voting public suspicious of using voting by mail..

Barr has offered no evidence to back up his concerns, and the election officials say that what he’s warning about is unlikely and highly doubtful.

Here’s the deal about voting by mail from the election officials: “Among the five states that vote totally by mail statewide and the thousands of absentee ballots cast every year, there is no evidence that voting by mail leads to substantial voter fraud”.

A number of states have practices to confirm absentee ballots, making them extremely difficult-to-impossible to duplicate on a massive scale.  To do so, bad actors would have to know many person’s personal signatures and correct addresses. They would have to mail ballots in the same envelopes with bar codes that the state is using in a way that doesn’t attract election officials’ attention by duplicating ballots among those who have voted.

What some election experts warn that is more likely than widespread fraud, is that Barr and Trump’s comments will probably lead to widespread and unrealistic suspicion about the outcome of the race.

If Trump were to clearly lose and then not leave office, claiming fraud, there is nothing in the rule book for what to do then.

At the least, Barr has responded under questioning that if a president clearly loses an election, the president has no way to contesting it more than requesting a vote re-count.

Now, the president, in order to take the American voter’s minds off the riots in Portland, OR, and Trump’s lack of dealing with the pandemic, he’s going after the left and Joe Biden.

The ridiculous things he’s saying about what the Democrats are planning for the country is way beyond the pale.  Trump actually accused the Democrats that they are out to get rid of “law and order” and that the left is out to eliminate the nation’s suburbs…?  What exactly Trump is saying is so far out there that he’s starting to sound like he’s seriously losing it and is becoming a mental case.

I am concerned that there is no doubt that President Trump is losing it, and he is grasping at straws to save his presidency.  He is finally realizing that if he loses the election, he will be eligible to be sued or arrested for illegal activities like any common US citizen.  His taxes will be reviewed by the New York Southern District (NYSD) prosecutors.   And he will then be wide open if he has passed off his business finances as has been shown in his niece’s book about the Trump family.

The reality is that: “God help the United States if Donald J. Trump isn’t defeated in the November election”.
