Trump’s old lawyer, Michael Cohen’s new book has some new surprises

One of the things that came from the new book titled “DISLOYAL” by Trump’s former “Fixer” Lawyer, Michael Cohen, is the revelation of the video that Trump made mocking President Obama.  Anyone can now Google the video which was a take-off of Trump’s TV show, The Apprentice, and it is a parody of Trump going through Obama’s first presidential term.  When he’s done in the video, as expected, Trump fires the president.  The video was developed when Trump first started using his birther movement to consider running for president. 

Trump actually hired a stand-in actor for Obama, and you only get some camera angles of the Obama actor from the rear, or his hands, or a photo from behind, of him walking.  But you do get angles of Trump behind his desk in the Trump Towers, while he is dressing down the president for his first term performance.  It is a perfect way that Trump could get back at Obama for his making a fool out of Trump at the White House Correspondence Dinner in 2016.  Trump ritualistically belittles the first Black US president and then fires him as a kind of fantasy fulfillment.  It was hard to imagine any real adult that would spend such serious money living out such a fantasy.  But the video shows just how much Trump hates Obama, even to this day.

The video was originally made with the idea of being used for the 2012 Republican National Convention (RNC), but obviously the RNC, before it became “The party of Trump”, then had the guts to ax it from the convention.  What is so amazing is that much of what Trump in the video falsely accuses Obama of, is very much in line with all the disgusting things that Trump has done over the last four years, or what is actually even worse.

In the new book, Cohen calls himself “one of Trump’s bad guys,” and describes his former boss as “a cheat, a liar, a fraud, a bully, a racist, a predator and a con man.”

With the new book on Trump by Bob Woodward, and others by Trump’s niece Mary Trump and former FBI agent Peter Strzok that casts a critical eye on the president’s cozy relationship with Russia, the president is getting hammered on numerous fronts.

Perhaps the most damning issue came, not from a book, but from the sourced article in The Atlantic which alleges the president denigrated US soldiers, including calling those killed in combat “losers and suckers.”

However, in this Trump video, that is published by Trump’s “BirtherReport,” it was seemingly named for the false campaign Trump had that challenged Barack Obama’s birthright as a real American.  In the video, Trump takes his part in the mock assessment of his White House predecessor in the form of his past career as a reality show host.

The video shows Trump in classic The Apprentice mode, as he berates the faux Obama about his lack of accomplishments and ironically how much Obama golfs, (No, I’m not kidding), ending with Trump’s signature statement: “You’re fired!”

The video is worth watching, just to see how ridiculous Trump looks today and how well Obama actually did when compared to Trump’s past 4 years and how Trump has mishandled the Covid-19 pandemic.
